Billing & Quota FAQs
How does session billing work?
A session is one candidate in one interview room. You can have as many interviewers, hiring managers, and observers in the room as you need—it always counts as exactly one session. Candidates never pay and never need an account.
What happens if we run out of sessions in a month?
On Team and Business plans, you can enable automatic overage sessions at a fixed price per session, or upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We never lock an ongoing interview room.
Can we change our plan or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time from your Organization Settings page.
Do you offer annual discounts or custom invoicing?
Yes. Annual billing includes two months free (17% discount). Custom invoicing, purchase orders, and wire transfers are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
